Janine Florence “Bunny” Whynacht

Whynacht, Janine Florence “Bunny”, 61, of Voglers Cove, Lunenburg County, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 12th, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in South West Port Mouton, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Marion (White) Roy.  Bunny enjoyed gardening, camping and traveling. She worked as a bookkeeper at Ovens National Park in Riverport.  She is survived by her loving husband, William “Billie”; daughter, Jill Davies, of Manchester, England; son, Jonathan (Amanda), of Gull Lake, Alberta; sister, Sally (Jordan) Roy, of Port Mouton; brother in law Bertram Burgess, of Port L’Hebert; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by sisters Connie Burgess and Nancy.  Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19th, 2014, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service, at 2:00 p.m., both from Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Reverend Sheila Redden-Smith officiating. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolence may be made to the family at www.chandlersfuneral.com
