Claire Nadeen White

White – Claire N., 84, of Kempt, Queens County, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 in North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia, NS.
Born in Maitland Bridge, Annapolis Co., Claire was a daughter of the late William and Freda (Lewis) Rowter.
In her earlier years, Claire worked for the former Maritime Tel and Tel (MT&T) as a service representative. She also was a rural route mail delivery driver. Claire enjoyed cooking and baking and her life was her family and spending time with them.
Claire is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harley; her sons Mitchell and Kaine, both of Kempt and Daune (Shannon) of Camperdown. Her grandchildren Shane, Chelsey and Cailan White. Her sister Jeannette Rawding of Northfield; her sisters in law Marlene Rowter and Pauline Rowter.
Besides her parents, Claire was predeceased by her brothers Clark, Brian and Bruce.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 at 2:00 pm, from Pine Grove Cemetery, Kempt.
