Forrester James Sr. Selig

SELIG – Forrester James Sr., 87, of Port Medway, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
Born in Port Medway, Queens County, Forrester was a son of the late Laura (Teal) Selig.
Forrester was a foreman for Acadia Road Contractors and ran his own auto body business. He also enjoyed working in the woods, doing wood carvings and making Christmas wreaths.
He is survived by his wife Barbara (Weagle); his daughters Valerie (Mervin) Weagle of Timberlea; Christine Rafuse of Victoria, BC, his son Forrester Jr. of Port Medway. His grandchildren Shawn Weagle and Paul LaPorte and two great grandchildren.
His sister Marion Stiebel of Montreal.
He was predeceased by his sister Ruby Rafuse and his brothers Percy, Gilbert, Oliver and Ernest.
