ROY – Paula M., 68, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Hillsview Acres, Middlefield on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Born in Liverpool, Paula was a daughter of the late Orris and Edna (Bell) Conrad.
Paula was a talented portrait artist who loved to sketch in charcoal. She enjoyed gardening and was a former member of Queens County Ground Search and Rescue and the CB Club. Paula worked as a housekeeper at the Captain’s Quarters in Hunts Point and was a waitress at the Radio Café in Liverpool. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her children and grandchildren as well as her many nieces and nephews.
Paula is survived by her daughter Callonie Roy (Jay Amero) of Milton and her son Corey Silver (Melissa Gregory) of Lower Sackville. Her grandchildren Matthew and Jasmine Goulden and Niki Silver. Her sisters Carolyn Hefler, Renie Himmelman and Florence Whynot, all of Liverpool and Verna Campeau of Red Rock, ON. Her brothers David (Josetta) of Lower Sackville and Paul (Louise) of Liverpool.
Besides her parents, Paula was predeceased by her husband Gary, her sisters Roxie Woodsworth and Madeleine Conrad and her brothers John, Charles, Edgar and Frank.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private family service will be held at a later date. No flowers by request, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. To share memories or condolences, please visit www.chandlersfuneral.com
