Janice Pauline “Paula” Reid

REID – Janice “Paula”, 66, of Port Medway, Queens County, passed away on December 3, 2021 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater with the love of her life, Clarence Selig, by her side.
Born in Liverpool, Paula was a daughter of the late Roland and Edith Irene (Vaughn) Martin.
Paula lived in Port Medway for many years. She had a creative spirit and was always trying her hand at new hobbies and activities. She enjoyed sitting by the fire, digging clams, camping, going for long drives around the area, listening to country music and sewing. She had a kind heart and was always helping others, especially being a care giver to “Daddy-O” (Alex Bodnar)
Paula leaves behind her partner of 30 years Clarence Selig. Her sons Billy (Jessica) Reid of Blockhouse, Rolly Reid and Robbie (Angie) Reid both of Liverpool. Step-sons CJ (Becky) Selig and Thomas (Cindy) Selig, both of Port Medway. 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Sister Marie Parnell of Dartmouth and brothers Robert of Dartmouth and Ricky of Toronto. Step-sister Brenda Bavington of Dartmouth and step-brother Billy Knox of NB.
Besides her parents, Paula was predeceased by her infant sons Jamie and Elvis, step-father Eddie Coste, her brother Roland.
Arrangements are under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A grave side service will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in Mill Village Community Cemetery.
