RADDALL, Pamela Jane
It is with great sadness, we announce that Pam passed away peacefully on October 12, 2024, in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool.
Pam was born in 1935 in Halifax to the late William and Marian (Smith) White.
Pam married Tom in 1959 and they moved to Liverpool. They both were very active in the community over the years. Pam loved all sports, and excelled in the early years at tennis, curling and swimming. Pam and Tom’s social calendar was constantly full, always enjoying time with their closest friends. She loved their home in Hunts Point, as she did the family cottage in Cap Brule, NB. Pam will be remembered for her spirited personality, sense of humour and her love of entertaining.
Pam is survived by her children, Debbie (Clary) Kempton, Tom (Cathy) and Blair (Deborah); her grandchildren, Matthew (Michele) and Jack Kempton, Thomas (Juli), Gavin, Brent and Ellen Raddall; and great-grandson, Dean Kempton. Pam is also survived by her brother-in-law, William Dennis.
Besides her parents, Pam was predeceased by her husband Tom, brother William, and sisters-in-law, Clarene White and Francie Dennis.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private family graveside service and a celebration of a life well-lived will take place at a later date. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, for which Pam volunteered most of her life, or the Queens General Hospital Foundation.
The family expresses their gratitude to Dr. Mogan, the staff at Queens General Hospital, as well as Erika and the other caregivers over the past few years.
