Sharon Elizabeth Morris

Morris, Sharon Elizabeth, 64, of Toronto, Ontario, formerly of  Liverpool, Queens County passed away Thursday, April 7th, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Toronto.

           Born in Brooklyn, Queens County, she was the daughter of the late Dana and Doris (Thorbourne) Whynot.

Sharon enjoyed dancing, knitting, bingo, crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and especially her family; her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

She is survived by her daughters:  Michelle Clattenburg of Halifax, Jocelyn Jezequel of Toronto and Trina (David) Allen of Shelburne, ON.  Her son Dana of Liverpool. Her grandchildren Tamara, Johnathan, Joey, Kain, Laetetia, Dana, Aaron, Jessica, David and Jaimi and her great grandchilren Shawna and Dakota. Her brothers: Lloyd  (Shirley Munroe) of Port Medway and Jerry (Shirley) of Toronto.

She was predeceased by her husband Tommy, sisters Kathy and Barbie and brother Gordon.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 14th, from 7-9 p.m., and a Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 15th, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., both from Chandlers Funeral Home, Liverpool. Reverend Corey Pickens officiating. Burial will be in Milton Community Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nova Scotia Lung Association.
