Julia Elizabeth Miller

MILLER – Julia Elizabeth, 80, of Milton, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Monday, August 7, 2017.
Born in Milton, she was a daughter of the late M. Artelle and A. Mildred (Anthony) White.
Julia worked for Mersey Seafoods, knitted for Jagman and was a former custodian with Queens District School Board until her retirement. She enjoyed baseball and was an avid Blue Jays fan, knitting and bingo. She also enjoyed working in the woods alongside her late husband Harold.
Julia is survived by her daughter Sandra of Milton; her sisters: Alice Huskins of Greenfield, Judy Hyson of Yarmouth, Joan (Larry) Weagle and Lillian (Murray) Croft, both of Milton, Margaret (Douglas) Lewell of Rothsay, NB; her brothers John of St. John, NB and Jerry (Cathy) of Port Alberni, BC
She was predeceased by her husband Harold; her daughter Sylvia Marie; her sister Eleanor Noreen Hyson and her brothers Roger, Ronald, Victor, Myron and David.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. At Julia’s request, there will no funeral service. No flowers.
