Margaret Rose “Margie” Joudrey

JOUDREY – Margaret Rose “Margie”  72, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012.

           Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Dorothy (Strachan) Lawson.

Margie worked for the former Seamone’s Bakery in Liverpool as well as Sears Catalogue Outlet store as a clerk. She was a former Lioness.

She is survived by her daughter Valen Turpin of Vancouver; her sister Elizabeth “Betty” Maidment, of Vernon, BC and her twin brother Stanley (June) of Courtenay, BC. Her aunt Jean Oickle of Liverpool and her cousins Joyce MacLeod and Harris (Mary Ann) Strachan, both of Liverpool.

Funeral service will be Monday, August 6th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from Trinity Anglican Church, Liverpool. Chaplain Donald Lawton officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Liverpool.
