Rose Mary Jollimore

Jollimore – Rose Mary, 68, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014, in Hillside Pines Home for Special Care, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

Born in Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Forman and Alice (Peach) Allen.

Rose was the former owner/operator of Jollimore’s Taxi of Liverpool. She loved reading, camping, swimming and going to the beach. She enjoyed watching game shows of all kinds as well as I Love Lucy and C.S.I. She will be fondly remembered by her family as a loving mother and grandmother with a sense of humour and a wonderful laugh.

She is survived by her daughter Wanda (Barry) Spinney of White Point, sons Phillip Jr. “Bo” (Patricia Fancy) of Liverpool, Norman (Kathy) of Camperdown. Grandson Justin (Anna) of Milton, step-granddaughters Marsha, Tasha, Lisa, Kaitlin and Jenna, step-great-grandson Dillon. Her sister Linda Turpin of Liverpool. Her brother Wayne (Sarah) Allen of Liverpool.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
