Rose Marie Hazlett

HAZLETT – Rose Marie, 73, of Milton, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Monday, May 2, 2016.
Born in Milton, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Emma (Bell) Martin.
Rose enjoyed the simple things in life such as long walks, coloring, country music and, in her early years, dancing. She loved her family, especially her grandson, Christopher, and spending time with them.
Surviving are her daughter Crystal (Kevin) Traynor of Milton; her grandson Christopher; her brothers Donald (Cynthia) of Western Head; Warren (Valerie) and Wayne (Dorothy), both of London, ON.
Visitation will be Friday, May 6, 2016 from 7 until 9 p.m. and funeral service will be Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., both in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Reverend Judy Cross officiating. Burial will be at a later date following cremation. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Lung Association.
