Fancy – Frances Pearl, age 95, of Westfield, Queens County, passed away peacefully in North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Born in Westfield, Frances was a daughter of the late Judson and Iris (Frail) Mansfield.
Frances’s life was always about her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family and was so proud of their accomplishments. Frances was a creative person who enjoyed knitting, gardening, cooking and fishing. Frances had a heart of gold and a deep faith and was a member of the Westfield United Baptist Church for many years. She is much loved and will be greatly missed especially by her grandchildren who never left her house hungry.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Rodney) Crouse of North Brookfield; son, Rodney (Wilma) of Westfield; sons-in-law, John Foley of West Caledonia and Kevin Mansfield of Westfield; grandchildren, Denise, Richard, Susan, Devin, Chris, Jason, Amanda, Rebecca and Michael and several great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Frances was predeceased by her husband, Avery; daughters, Edith Mansfield and Anna Foley; sisters, Annie Johnson, Idella Uhlman and Lenora Westhaver; brothers, Herman, Nelson, Leon, Kenneth and Leland in infancy.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 26th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from Hillcrest Cemetery, Westfield. Pastor Royce Getson officiating.
