Faith Marie “Faye” D’Eon

D’Eon – Faith Marie “Faye”, age 85, of Milton, formerly of Pleasantfield, Queens County, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at South Shore Regional Hospital.
Born in South Brookfield, she was the daughter of the late Hastings and Lillian (Douglas) Zwicker.
Faye was a kind and gentle person with a great sense of humor who loved to laugh. She was employed in her younger years at Lanes Privateer Inn and at the Michelin Tire Plant in Bridgewater. Throughout her life she loved all animals, especially her pets. She also enjoyed gardening, taking pride in watching things grow. Above all, Faye loved her family and was happiest when they visited or called for a chat. We will cherish the impact she made on our lives and the fond memories of love and laughter we shared with her. She will be greatly missed by her family and many close friends.
Faye is survived by her loving sons, Daniel (Ellen) D’Eon of Prince Rupert, B.C., Chris D’Eon of Milton: step daughter, Janet Keating of Richmond, B.C.; stepson, John Joseph Keating of Halifax; grandchildren, Alyssa and Tyler; sister, Freda Scobey of Halifax; brother, Leonard Zwicker (April Backman) of Western Head.
She was predeceased by her loving companion, John Keating; brothers, Douglas and Donald; sisters, Betty and Judy.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
