Anita May Davis

DAVIS – Anita May, 91, of Mersey Point, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens Manor, Liverpool, on Friday, June 2, 2017.
Born in Greenfield, Queens County, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Leota (Carver) Joudrey.
Anita was a former clerk for Osman Grocery and will be fondly remembered by her family and friends as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Allen, her daughter Linda (Richard) Taylor of Milton; her son Gary (Marion) of Mersey Point; her grandchildren Crystal and Heather Smiley and Jonathan and Colin Davis and great-grandchildren Ethan and Winston Davis.
She was predeceased by her brother Jordan and her son-in-law Clarence Smiley.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date in Pine Rest Cemetery, Greenfield.
