Dagley – Deborah Lynn, our sweet Debbie, passed away Friday, October 21st in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, surrounded by her family. She was the sunshine in our mornings, the warmth in our days, the comfort in our nights and our little Cup a Tea.
Born in Bridgewater, Debbie was a daughter of Hughie and Rita (Baker) Dagley
Debbie was a devoted and loving daughter and sister who loved to knit and crochet, loved her family and friends, spending time in her gardens, as well as painting and creating things to decorate her home. She was never afraid to take on a project if she thought it would look nice. She had a talent for taking the simplest thing and making it beautiful. She will always be remembered for her cheekiness, love for her pups and her drives.
Through their hard work and dedication to each other and their family, Debbie and the love of her life for 30 years, Jody, built a strong successful business and life. They enjoyed every minute they were together. But Debbie would say that their greatest achievement and the joy and pride of her life is her family. Her children, Misty, Jessica, Alisha, Emily and Dylan and her sweet grandbabies, D’Arcy, Finn, Niamh, Grace and Zebulon. They are her beautiful, handsome, strong, talented, perfect babies that she loved with every fiber of her being and she will be loved forever. Debbie is also survived by her sisters Joan Dominix and Elizabeth Dagley (David Robinson), both of Vogler’s Cove; Shirley (Phillip) Anthony of East Port Medway and Eileen (Ronald) White of Liverpool. Her brother Wayne (Marina) of Cherry Hill.
Debbie was predeceased by an infant sister.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Ovarian Cancer Canada. Online condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
